PVC Flooring Industry

PVC flooring companies, are using DOP as a method of plastisol spread coating to produce liquid paste(dop+pvc+other ingredients), to apply in a multiple layer to form floor. PVC floor, is a very decorative and easy cleaning product which prevents also dust, dirt and microbes developing. In a most of the hospitals, where the hygenic conditions are crucial, PVC floor is used to reduce diseases and infections.

The durability of the PVC floor, can be reached up to 20 years regarless of temperature changes in the surroundings.

Shoe Sole Industry

In the PVC shoe sole industry, the 50% of the shoe sole is made from DOP which protect the sole from cracking because of bending.

Artificial Leather Industry

In the artificial leather industry, the 60-80% of the finished product is made from DOP, helping flexibility and diversity of the products.

PVC Wall Covering Industry

In the PVC wall covering industry, the 25-30% of the finished product is made from DOP, to help long life cost effective and very big range of models of products.

PVC Cable Industry

In the PVC cable industry, DOP is used in the isolation part of the cable, to protect metal wires from cracking, to increase durability.

Automative Applications

In a new technologies, most of the cars are designed with soft pvc parts, to reduce the weight of the cars to consume less fuel. Inside of the cars due to safety reasons, they use pvc light dashboards for cushion impact in accidents and also they use pvc parts to produce difficult shapes in interiour design. In the exterior of the cars, in order to reduce severe injuries in accidents they use pvc parts.

Non PVC Applicatıons

Beside PVC application, DOP used also in rubber products, paints, printing inks, adhesives.

Film Sheet And Calender Industry
